You can move daffodills after a bit 'of green foliage in spring?

Help! I moved into a new (to me) house last fall, and this spring I'm seeing a lot of daffodils sprout in places I did not want them. Can I move now? Here in the Willamette Valley is cold but not freezing and spring coming soon. There is only about 2 leaves of bulb to pop out and are only about 3 cm in height. It hurts the ability of the flowers beautiful if I disturb the bulbs now? Thank you!
