Verizon claims I damaged an underground cable with a Post Hole digger. I know I did not hit. Any suggestions?
I went to check the damage, a man was doing a repair on a thick black cable the size of a Garden Hose. It 'been almost 2 meters from where I was excavated and approximately 4 cm deeper. I know I did not hit anything as I dug a hole for installing a sign. What does it take to damage this type of cable, how can I fight this. Please help!
Do not show that he has not. Must demonstrate that you did. A post hole digger can damage their wire, but not if it involves two meters. Take pictures for a future fight in court. If you did do, your height and your insurance company covers.
