Helmet speaker help!?

After riding on my snowmobile with my iPod and headphones, I wanted to know how to install speakers in my helmet and control system on my handlebars to change volume, songs, play / pause, etc. I just need to know how, and what will be needed. If you have ideas that would be great! Thanks in advance!

The sliding sleeve and clip it on my glove and I can drive for hours. the cold affects a bit '. it is not waterproof. you use normal headphones, but all in all its a pretty neat little gadget.
